Dear Members,

Is there any way i can view what i have entered in my express entry application? Previous hacks that were mentioned in the forum not working for me.
i need to view those things for filling up imm5669
This is a working hack:
Go to your PR application and click "View submitted application". This should take you to the documents you've uploaded. To see all the information you've provided in your application, replace "documentsToSubmit.do" in the URL with "applicationChecklist.do"

Supplementary information forms are usually requested for security checks. These checks are conducted by third party organizations and my guess is they probably required only your spouse's information for specific purposes and hence requested it.

It is generally a good sign when they request such documents. It shows your file is moving!!
Great! But my only concern is coz they requested the same doc again. But the first form they requested was supplementary information for students and the second time it was just a supplementary information request form, but the questions in both the forms are the same

If your first form was the second page of the pdf bundle, there is a chance that they just overlooked it. If you want to upload a pdf bundle, it would be better to add a table of content on the first page and write the page number on each pages.

What if I have an expired driver's license from NY? Could I swap it for an ON license?
Has to be valid and you need the past year(s) abstract to not have a restricted license.

My medical was expiring in sept and I got to know that when they give you visa it should have minimum 3 months validity.
Which is why I got remedical request also they are extending medicals for all CEC applicants that is a trend I have noticed.

Dear Members,

After 250 days of AOR I have received request from CIC to submit additional documents.

The documents are –

“In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø The enclosed Supplementary Information Request for Students form

Ø CV/Resume: Please provide a copy of your resume (CV), a document containing a brief description of your education, qualifications and experience

Ø Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please note that you must provide details since the age of 18 or the past 10 years. Be sure to not leave any gaps. If a section does not apply to you, please enter "none" as per the instructions provided on the form.”

I need to clear some confusions regarding 1st 2 points –

1. I applied for PR, why I am told to submit “Supplementary Information Request for Students form”

The form is like this –

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION REQUEST FOR STUDENTS

File Number:

Name and Surname:

1- Intended, current or past field(s) of study.

2- Proposed, current or past thesis.

3- Intended, current or past supervisor(s).

4- Supervisor(s) for previous studies

5- List of publication(s) and research papers

6- Source(s) of funding for studies.

7- Upon return to your country, what employment plans do you have in place? At which company or organisation and in what field of work?

Name of company :

Duties:

Name of supervisor(s) :

What shall I write in this form, just “Not Applicable” or should I fill up my Hons/Masters study info? I never wrote any thesis. I just had to write an internship report for completion of my MBA. Shall I put these under past thesis?

2. The CV. I just write it detailing my present and past job responsibilities in line with the reference letter I submitted previously on a white paper and sign it, will it suffice?

Dear members, please give me some well-thought advice, my entire life depends on it. Thanks in Advance.
This is a generic set of documents i was asked for all of these on16th and 23 july.. i dont see a point to worry.. my file is at ss now and eligibility and criminality passed

1. this is a general form that they give people who want to study in Canada, but they have not customized it and they send to all categories. So, make sure that you answer all the questions and dont hesitate to put "Not Applicable" for any of them that is irrelevant. For example, for Intended field of study, you can write: Not Applicable (I'm appling for PR and dont have any plan to study in Canada) and so on.
2. The point is that you need to be consistent in all of your documents. So, just make sure about your integrity.

Thanks a lot.

just one more question, I have to submit two sets of IMM5669e for myself and my non accompanying wife (my non accompanying 4 yr old son doesn't need this), correct?

Who should sign the IMM5669e of my wife?

asking these silly questions to keep myself calm and make everything 100% correct. would really appreciate feedback from the experienced forum members.
