This can happen. Read through the same thread that I posted, There is a poster who's case was similar to yours.
May be. But i dnt know y i still didn’t get MEP. I am a Qatar Resident with Pakistan nationality. I did my medical in Pakistan on 04th December.
AOR 20-Dec-2018.
I logged into account today around 9:30 AM EST. I saw the current status as "Application updated". I also realized that UCIs are changed to just numbers and status bar has moved a little.
However, There is no other update like MEP or IP1 on account yet.

For me UCI number also didn’t change. What is your nationality and residence country ?

They didn’t asked for biometrics yet .. it is compulsory that they will ask for biometrics ???
