Hey!
ITA: 28 Nov 2018
AOR: 18 Dec 2018.
MEP: 29 Jan 2019
IP1: 29 Jan 2019

I received a "How to find a job in Canada" this morning. I received an email to notify me about the same. Is there any significance of this message at this stage as I already received this message when I submitted my express entry profile in November? Has anyone else received this message today?

Some December AORs received the "How to Find a Job in Canada" letter weeks ago alongside their RPRF request as well as some others who had paid their RPRF upfront, but I don't believe any of those people have converted to a PPR yet.

As in the case of @Sereena13, sometimes your biometrics letter may not come through right after your MEP. You should have it in the next couple of days. If you don't have it by early next week, I would recommend calling IRCC, just as @Sereena13 did. The call center told her that everything was fine and sometimes the system takes a while to generate and email the biometrics letter.

Yeah, I have a more complicated story. I'm was originally an August AOR that had an ADR for RCMP fingerprinting. The VO later refused my app because they was not satisfied with my employment letter from my firm (refused without addition ADR). Some headaches later, I'm an December AOR and I included my previous fingerprinting from my first app.

You pretty much go to the RCMP, pay the fee, and you get a letter in the mail with your face, finger prints etc. That is your form.

It should be fine, the rest of your app is still being processed.
What was the issue with your employment letter? And when exactly did you receive the rejection?

Hi everyone,

For proof of Canadian education, has anybody submitted only the graduation certificate without anything else (transcript, etc)?

I just realized submitting the transcript probably would have been a good idea, but didn't do so in the beginning. I definitely want to find out if this is a "must" or just a "should". I.e., without the transcript, would my profile be rejected for lack of supporting information?

Thanks all!
Ur AOR date. Actually i did the same mistake but i got MEP and also additional clarification related to Police Certificate but still didn’t receive any request related to Transcript.

Hi,

I got email for submitting passport but ,my application is not updated at all apart from a ghost update I received yesterday. Will the application have some change or it remain as it is.I am still in IP2 stage as per applicationm

I have another question,I am currently residing in Canada and was flying to us just for 3 days tomorrow. It was mentioned that:-
If you are currently residing in Canada and you intend to travel by air to another country prior to becoming a permanent resident, you will be required to apply and obtain an eTA prior to boarding.
I have a temporary residence visa,so I can go and come back right and after that submit my passport. Is that ok?

You've said that you are still in IP2, yet you have to submit your passport - do you have a PPR? It is not possible to comment on your travel situation with the information you have provided, and I think the best approach to this might be to call IRCC or write to them via CSE. Please bear in mind that we are not immigration lawyers or consultants, by any means.
