How do you use the online pee arrival service please

It's in your pre arrival letter they send you a link you can use it. And you can check which one can suit you and which province you will be staying.

I'm sorry but without the pre arrival letter you can avail these pre arrival services online and in person. Just wait for the update .

Received a letter to submit 2 PR photographs and photocopies of my passport to issue confirmation of PR / PR visa.
Is this what is called passport request on the table? What is next? I have not seen DM.

A question for everybody.... wondering if anybody else has experienced this.

Back in June, when I e-mailed my VO (Mexico City), the auto-response generated showed this response, indicating Mexico City would answer. (I never got an answer beyond a general template that didn't answer my questions)

However, now when I e-mailed them, I get a different e-mail; it now says "Thank you for your message which will be forwarded to the appropriate division at Headquarters or Missions abroad".

Why would the message change? Has anybody experienced this change in response? Does that mean it is no longer in Mexico City or does it indicate anything? I've been in a vacuum without any information.

When I checked my gckey just minute ago, my BGC is in processing. God I'm very excited. Hahahaha
