That's great. Ours took a while too (a month), not as long as you've been waiting but people from the same month got theirs within the same week they got their AOR1 so I was worried. My husband called and they told him that the sponsor eligibility process is separate from the principal applicant's PR application. I guess what they mean is a late VO transfer/sponsor approval doesn't delay the PA's application. I'm sure you'll be able to catch up soon. As a side note, my husband was approved a couple of days after the call, not sure if that helped lol.

Your application will probably be processed by Mississauga? I read that a number of Australian applications were processed there.

Thanks for this! Yeah, who knows...maybe there will be an update as well soon :)

Only time will tell~!

We got an update today on Ecas. 3rd line says “we started processing file ...” but haven’t get any AOR2. My VO is Mexico.

I have a question. When the file reached the VO. how many months till we get a medical request?

Some VOs don't even send AOR2 so this line can be considered AOR2.

I got a medical request today. After my AOR2. 2 days after my AOR2. Hmm i have a question the four recent photographs are the same size as the PR Photo or I can bring just regular? and also what is Interim Federal health Certificate?

I need help again. My husband got his medical done a few days ago, and they found abnormal chest xray. They have asked to do sputum and geneexpert tests. He had a swollen lymph node 4 years ago and he was under anti TB chemotherapy for 2 months. We totally forgot about that. And to rush the application i forced him to go get his medicals done asap. He is going for sputum test tomorrow. I am really worried. I know his TB is not active, if it was then he would have symptoms. Any suggestions? Can it be a cause of rejection or how late can the process be altogether now for this?

The results of the test may mean that your husband will either have to delay landing in Canada after a second test can be done at a later date, or that there will be a medical condition on his CoPR which means that he will have to be examined and observed by a doctor in Canada for a period of time after landing.
I don't believe that your husband will be outright rejected, but Canada will want to make sure that he is not an immediate risk to public health (doesn't sound like he is), which may delay his arrival for a few months.

Makes sense! Thank you for your reply!

Hello everybody! I haven't posted in a while but wanted to see if there's anybody else with the VO of Mexico City that would like to be part of a WhatsApp group to keep each other updated? Many people that had been in the group have left since they've gotten their PPR and all... but if you're still interested, let me know. I'm waiting still with my dates in the signature -- right now they received his application in Mexico City around March 22 so we're in that waiting stage.
