December 2017 - Citizenship Applicants

Hi all!
I've got a concern with Question 11 on the citizenship application
It mentions that we include "what we have been doing during our eligibility period, inside and outside Canada", without leaving any gaps.
1) If I include a period from 2013 - 2016 as being in high school (in which I was), I had also been on vacation during the summers of that time. Do I need to list those vacations periods here? If yes, what do I fill in for contact info?
2) Also, transitioning from high school to university, between 2016 June and 2016 September, do I have to include that little period in as well (as being on vacation I guess)?
3) Do I need to list any vacations as well in general, up to date?
4) There is a spot where we put down "Where we were physically located". Is that our home address or the address of where we worked/studied (the address of my school or university for example)? This part confuses me so much!

Guys - Applying today or tomorrow. So I paid my fees online on this link

I think it just have the fee payment but not applications record. Application records is on the following link

I can't login using my GCKey ( forgot logins and cant record)which I believe had my PR work visa application records, so used using Securekey but that has no record. What should my plan of action.

Do you mean you applied with exactly 1095 days of physical presence ? If so, I hope you signed the application on the 1096th day.
