Hi everyone ... good to see ya all .. this forum is a blessing ... i remember the time when i applied for citizenship, all the valuable discussions and Q/As ... it helps a lot .... Now, planning to apply for my wife in Dec 2017.

Question: My wife has done her bachelors(outside Canada), the medium of education, degree and transcript everything is in English but it is not specifically mentioned on the transcript "medium of education: English". Can i just submit the degree and transcript ? or do i need an English proficiency letter from the uni ? Has anyone done this without going through IELTS or CLBT ? Please share.

Thanks.

i used degree certificate and transcript. both were in English, but nowhere it was mentioned that the medium of instruction is English. I got AOR

Hi . I am applying citizenship in December 2017. My question is do I have to mention all addresses used in outside Canada for vacations under the address column ? I don’t remember the hotels name etc.
I was on payroll while i have to go outside Canada and worked from home. So only the physical address would change and rest the same?thanks for your time

Where is the address column on physical presence calculator?

Thank you Amitdi ... When did you submit your application and after how much time you got AOR ?? Was your degree from non-english speaking country ?

Thanks for your reply. Not in physical presence calculator but in the form . I went for three months that’s y I am going to mention the physically presence on address for those months Which i resided in back home country.

hi guys, i have one question about the list of addresses to put on the form.
I used to live in a different places when i came to Canada, but i put my friend's address as a residential address on all of my documents as Driving lic. But i just checked that I gave my company the address where i actually lived and that went on the paychecks and CRA T4 documents.
So my question is should i mention all the address where i actually lived or just the address that was on Driving lic (my friend's place) for that time?

Please give your suggestions, anything will help.
Thanks guys! and Good Luck

logically, putting friend's address would be fraudulent as you did not live there and you are telling CIC you lived there. you are asking the wrong question. the right question is -
do you have proofs where you lived? yes, your T4. if you have paychecks, well and good.

so do the right thing and put correct information (unless you have something to hide). dont do stupid things and put yourself in trouble.

but your wife was not on payroll. if i am telling cic that i am working on the same address then how i can be outside of canada for three months. the column clearly states that where were you physically located.so if i am out from canada while working too then there must be some address of physically located ...if i am not wrong.. i did mentioned the gap of three months in calculator and in quesntion 10 and 11 too by breaking the time period....
