Hi there I tried to fill this spreadsheet but it doesn't allow me to do it. Please help me how am I going to fill it?
Thankyou

I think you should have a Gmail address.

Checked ECAS and Sponsor side showed DM :) We have not received email yet about SA but noticed on MyCIC that my Review of Eligibility already showed 'Review In Progress' even though on ECAS earlier it was still showing 'In Process' :)

All this news is exciting and encouraging!

Still haven't been able to do anything with ecas or mycic but just have to be more patient.

I am going to spend some time with my hubby in a couple weeks so was hoping we have the sponsor approval by then. Hoping and praying yes :)

Have you received AOR1 confirming receipt of your application? If so, use the UCI no., sponsor's last name, birthday, country of birth to check ECAS.

Haven't received AOR1 yet. I tried to use the receipt number but nothing.
I kind of figured ours might take longer because we filled everything out by hand and did not use the barcodes. Since I printed everything and brought it with me for my husband to fill out. Afterwards we realized what to do with the barcodes but the forms were already signed so I didn't want it to look suspicious validating the form after signature.
That means they have to enter in all the info which I'm assuming will make it a little longer of a process for us in the beginning.

Hey today i got the exact similar message, they are asking for photographs. I followed all the specifications, signed, mentioned dob, studio stamped with address. As per the requirement i sent 2 photographs with my application.

Could you tell me if you sent the same photograph again or any new one? what was their response ?

Hey, maybe the sizing was off? I'm just saying this because when I went to get my passport photos, I found out that the US uses a different size. Ours are square, whereas Canada's passport photo requirements are elongated (longer vertically than horizontally). This may not be the issue, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

Hu everyone,

Do u have to submit my medical with .my application for outland sponsorship?

Is it true that the medical lasts for one year?

You're able to give the medical upfront, or wait until they ask for it :)
And yes that is true, they only last for one year

Hi,
My husband is my sponsor for the visa. We used the new Canadian forms and sent our application through courier. According to our courier service provider the application was received by the cic on 22nd dec 2016. We are still waiting for an acknowledgement from them.
I reviewed the excel sheet attached in this forum (very helpful) and I noticed that others whose applications were received on the same date as ours have received their AOR1.
Should I still wait for a correspondence to happen or do I contact cic ? If I should contact cic, can anyone help me out with fetching a number or an email address where I can get in touch with them.
Thanks in advance.

Honestly, if you contact CIC, they'll just tell you to wait and check ECAS and MyCIC. Have you tried linking your application to GCkey? If not, do it and you'll see the process yourself (:

Can any one tell me how they process the applications? in the order when they recieve it or based on the mood of the person working? ...This is frustrating.... the waiting not knowing if they have my file or not, its been almost 24 days
