If you provided your email address on your application it will be via email. If you didn't then you will receive a letter.

I will be eligible to apply by end of Dec, do you think I should wait till the holiday season or that wont affect? I heard people say the CIC will be closed or delayed opening application during the time (24th Dec -1st Jan)?

- Second Question, do I have to include my work letter or not? keep it for the interview ?

I would suggest sending it when you're ready to send it. Do not delay it due to holidays.

In regards to work letter, as it is not a requirement then do not send it and if they want to see it then they will ask for it.

Hi Guys! What is right option to select from below four options for an applicant who completed LINC classes as proof of English language. Thanks in advance.

7. LANGUAGE EVIDENCE. See section 7 - "Step 2. Complete the application" and section 2 - "Step 1. Gather documents" in the instruction guide.

 Results of a IRCC-approved third-party language test; or
 Diploma, certificate or transcript of a secondary or post-secondary education completed in English or French, in Canada or abroad; or
 Evidence of achieving CLB/NCLC 4 in a government-funded language training program

 If you successfully completed LINC or CLIC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada), classes during the period from January 2008 to October 2012 but did not receive a certificate*
