I applied for citizenship as soon as I crossed 1462 days. I went 4 times in USA (3,5,5,6 days), and Back home twice for (7,2 months) . I am confident about my exit and entry since I took mark all the dates and I put exact date on the calculator.
I am a bit worried now Bcoz people sent their application with 10/15 or more buffer days. Before applying I never followed this forum. :o :o :o

Don't worry. If you are confident about days, then it will be fine. If you check the spreadsheet, you can see that some people have applied on 1461st day and they received Citizenship without any hassle. Do you have got all exit/entry stamps in your passport?

Yes, I got stamp on my passport only for Exit and I remember all entry dates as well as saved the bus/air ticket

Maybe the people who applied with 1461 days never traveled at all. I think putting buffer of one month is good idea. I have already accumulated 28 days of buffer, I am thinking about mailing it after christmas as i think no one is going to look at it this week any way. In that way , I will have an additional 8 days of buffer.

I was followed this forum while applying PR, but didn't at this moment. Definitely, I could wait few more days. Now I feel so bad.

It would be a good idea to request OHIP claim report and CBSA report before you go for an interview. I had taken the tickets with me which was very helpful during the interview.

Thats what I am thinking now, but CIC said DO NOT request at CBSA. Do you think is there any problem if I request my exit/entry dates for double check? how do you collect OHIP claim report ?

Fill this form and send it to the address shown in the form.

I am not sure whether there is any issue in requesting CBSA report. I heard people taking the report for the interview.

I haven't requested the report myself. But the officer who had interviewed me had the report. Two of the entires were missing in that report. But I had showed the ticket and bank statements. It helped me from dealing further questions.

You can also get the travel history to US from the below website:

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

This may not contain all the entries/exits. In my case, 2 of the entries weren't recorded and 1 entry was incorrectly entered. But you can give it a try.

I have all the evidence. but I traveled 3 times US by car, How could I prove them if there are any missing dates on CBSA report. Do you have any idea.

Thanks for the link, there is an option where says : " is this request to support residency for citizenship" is it NO or YES

Hello
I am going to file my application by the end of December and I just would like to ask if I have to send the notice of assessments, rental agreements, proof of study, proof of work, school reports for my daughter with the listed documents in chick list or not?

I have opted "Yes" to that question. I didn't get the report before the interview since it was requested at the last minute.

I used bank statements to prove that I was staying in Canada. But again it depends on the officer.

May be you can take the pay stubs which shows that you had been working on the week you were back in Canada.

Thanks a lot for this link, never noticed that there are something like this..... you got lots of info :D :D :D :D

Just checked, Every dates are perfectly fine, BUT there is one addition date showing ( same day exit and entry) which is totally wrong because I went US only 4 times , so far I remember I went to Pearson Airport to return the i94 tag on that month.

Do you have any Idea? what can I do now
