I received my AOR in about 8 weeks, but this was in November. It looks like it is at 62 days according to CIC's site. Some people might not receive it for whatever reason. I would suggest that if you haven't received it in about that time to check the Ecas using your receipt # to see if there are any updates. The AOR will come to the Sponsor's email and check the spam folder too.

I got my SA. Four business days after AOR... that's quick. Let's hope the PR application gets processed just as fast.
