Not yet. There's still a couple (~7 I think) November applicants waiting on AOR. Probably another 1-2 weeks for you I'm afraid :(
I wish you get your AOR soon because in this way i will get my AOR soon. I am hating this wait game.I check the Canada immigration news, processing times, forum and my email at least 8-9 times a day.
Its sad to see i am the last one among the December applicants but i wish u all get your AOR and SA soon. :)

Thank you for your answers, and good luck to everyone.
I also have another question. Does anybody know around how long time it takes to get the SA after receive the AOR?

I think the average is 2-3 weeks.

Sorry that I ask to many questions, but I have one more. When you get the SA that means the file it's already transfered or it takes time also to the application to be transfered after the SA?

It means it's on it's way to your VO... you might or might not get AOR2 as what i heared since in my case my app is in process but i never got AOR2...

No problem!

1) AOR (acknowledgement of receipt)

Simply CPC-M acknowledging they have your application, this takes around 2 months.

2) SA (sponsor approval)

Your sponsor is evaluated for their ability to sponsor the primary applicant. So, no, no PR. Once the SA goes through your file is then transferred from CPC-M to your respective outland visa office.

3) Stage 2 AOR

This is now an AOR from your outland visa office. As I understand most people do not get this. Instead logging into eCAS (e-client application status) will show 'in progress' under the primary applicant.

Thank you again, but now I have another question lol. When do you know you finally get your PR? I keep reading about COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residency), is that after getting the Stage 2 AOR? Another question is, do I need to redo my FBI/Police Clearance? I sent mine in with my application, but does that expire? Thank you again!

You get COPR in the mail, then you land with that, then you get PR later. COPR is kind of like a temporary one, whereas your PR stays.

The order is

AOR -> SA -> AOR2 MAYBE (depends on VO) -> In Progress -> Decision Made -> COPR -> PR

Additional Docs request and Visa request are int heir too depending on your VO and situation.

I want to ask a question.Approx in what time CIC returns the application package if there are some issues in the package?

Hi, as far as I know CIC returns packages around the same time AOR are sent, so around 2 months after they receive your application. Lets hope it doesn't happen to any of us!!!

All the best!!:)

In the cases I've seen they've returned it sooner than AOR (2-4 weeks), but AOR definitely guarantees they won't.
