You send everything to Mississauga and then roughly 2 months later they will forward it to a visa office abroad based on your nationality and your current location.

Yep! Send everything to Mississauga

Tonight I mailed the outland application for my wife (principal applicant) and myself (Canadian citizen; sponsor).

I've been reading this forum for many months, however this is my first post. Tons of great and helpful information on this message board - thanks so much to everyone!

Good luck to all.

Woop! Welcome to Team December!

Waiting anxiously for CIC's AOR notification :-\

We mailed the application yesterday, by UPS courier and it was received today.
The application was received by EricB, and was delivered to the "mail room". Some members were saying that their application was received by "Mahmud". Hopefully the package got at the right destination :)

And the waiting begins. :)

Good luck to us all !

Ours was received by a Carrie or something. I'm sure you're good :P

We should come up with a Team December cheer.

I'm excited to be Dec 1st applicant cause when my stuff starts happening it means all of your will soon after :3

Don't be too excited...CIC is very unpredictable. Don't be surprised that people who applied after you start getting updates earlier than you.

Anyways, it's a great relief when the application is received and more importantly AOR is confirmed.

I am from the October 2015 Outland thread and we are currently receiving our AOR and SA. What I have been seeing is not always is CIC going in order, sometimes they do and days later they don't

I received my AOR on December 5 and still waiting for my SA, and then again there Are some applicants from the October 2015 thread who submitted weeks after me or on the exact same day as me and received both their AOR and SA

I would also peek into the October 2015 Outland thread too this way you will see when the movement will start with the November 2015 Outland applicants

At least it will give you a pretty good idea of where you stand and will be next !!!

It's such. Waiting game

Good luck everyone

Guys, I had sent our application via Canada Post with tracking. It says it was delivered but when I read few posts above, members know who signed for it. I didn't request a signature...should I be concerned? ???

Nope, not if you didn't request a signature. If you send with a courier the signature is always included, it goes to a different address for this reason. Since yours went to a PO box there is no one to sign for it.

In many cases, Signatures aren't updated on Canada Post right away. At least in my case it took a day to appear on their website even though the package was already delievered.

Re-check their website, even if you didn't request it; it is included in Xpress Post.

You have to ask for the signature and pay extra when shipping with Xpresspost. It isn't included with the Xpresspost unless you ask for it.

The signature just gives you peace of mind, but if your tracking shows it was delivered then you are good. Now it's just the waiting game.

Best wishes!!

Our application arrived to CIC today via Canada Post, signed by R MAHMOOD. Fingers crossed!
