Congratulations! I have updated it for you

The visa office abroad processing times have been updated. I have updated the spreadsheet to reflect the updated time lines. Below I have listed if they processing times have increased or decreased and by how much (only for countries listed on our spreadsheet). If your vo abroad office is not listed below then the processing time did not change.

Accra-Ghana has increased from 14 to 16 months

Ankara-Turkey has increased from 10 months to 11 months

Beijing-China has increased from 9 to 10 months

Beirut-Lebanon has decreased from 18 to 16 months

Bucharest-Romania has increased from 16 to 17 months

Cairo-Egypt has decreased from 20 to 18 months

Colombo-Sri Lanka has decreased from 13 to 10 months

Hong Kong-China has increased from 9 to 10 months

Kingston-Jamaica has decreased from 25 to 23 months

Mexico decreased from 18 to 17 months

Nairobi-Kenya decreased from 27 to 22 months

Ottawa increased from 15 to 16 months

Pretoria-South Africa decreased from 19 to 15 months

Sao Paulo-Brazil decreased from 8 to 5 months

Singapore decreased from 30 to 28 months

Vienna-Austria decreased from 17 to 16 months

Warsaw-Poland increased from 9 months to 12 months

If you would like to look at the new list of processing times it can be found at the link below.

Hi RYIT, I would like to participate in the spreadsheet. I don't understand what information relates to the "stage 1 and 2 of AOR". I understand it stands for acknowlogment of receipt, but not sure receipt of what exactly. Thanks

AOR is acknowledgement of receipt of your application. AOR 1 Mississauga sends to confirm they have received your application. AOR 2 is **sometimes** sent by the visa office abroad to acknowledge they have received your application (not all visa offices abroad send AOR 2)

I have added you to the December 2014 and Paris spreadsheets.

Thanks for clarifying. The only correspondence I received from Paris was request for RPRF, I received May 5. So I suppose this would be a "additional document request" not "Stage 2 AOR".

I reversed it back to a previous date because whoever did it was trying to insert themselves in a line and doing so deleted a lot of people. So I kept reversing it till I saw a lot of people pop back on the list.

So whoever did that, and was trying to get on the list...add yours to the bottom and PM someone to have it moved or whatever. Thanks.

VISA ON HAND!!

Thank you for all the help I got from this forum! Hoping for a speedy process for the rest!

Whole process took 5 months and 20 days from application filed to VOH.

When I applied in Dec, Bucharest - Romania had 14 months. They are keep adding months.. so now I have 17. Just awesome..

I am happy for other people that already have visa on hand, congrats!

Some of us have still plenty of time to wait. 3 months in Canada + 17 months in Romania it's just too much. I am that close to give up.

I was asked to submit additional documents from Colombo VIsa office in sri lanka. my husband submitted. However, there is no "In Process" on the efile.
