did you sign up for correspondence through email or regular mail? If it was email try checking your spam or junk. I didn't see my SA until a week after it was sent because it was put in my junk folder. and I only found it because i searched CIC in my inbox.

Yeah same thing happened to me. Weird thing is (about hotmail), it didn't show up in Inbox or Spam/Junk, but it shows up when I searched "CIC" with the search tool. After I "found" the email, I went back to Inbox and Junk to the exact received date, not there. Searched again and found it again. Somehow it's hidden in the hotmail inbox.

I think there is still a couple of us that haven't received sa. I applied before you and i have aor received on the 4th. No sa.

I see a lot of SA's on the spreadsheet. 41/64! No SA on my end yet but the stats give me hope. :D

I haven't heard from CIC since I sent them the missing form on my application. It was delivered to the PO box last week.

Btw, on the email, they asked me to address it to an Officer TMA-ER#. Is it a particular person?

I have fixed the spreadsheet AGAIN.

I please ask (on behalf of the entire group I am sure) that if you are not confident on being able to view/update the spreadsheet without altering information that is not yours please do not attempt it. Please ask someone else and I am sure they would be glad to do it for you.

Thank you

I'm not sure if you're about fixing it again. The rows starting from the "Passport received w/stamped visa" column are misaligned.

Which VO will your file be sent to? Could that be a reason why some cases SA are delayed?

It was 16 days or so from AOR to SA for us and the SA email stated our application was being retained in Mississauga. Maybe that has something to do with it because it appears (from reading other people's similar situations) they are processing SA and PR together for some applications.

Thank you, I have fixed it again.

Not sure what happened but I just checked the spreadsheet and it appears that there are some rows of applicants missing. #5, 8, 13, 19, 23, 32, 37, 41, 44, 47, 51, 52, 53, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 64, 65, & 67!!

*Update* Ok I just refreshed and it looks like they are all back again. Not sure what's going on, just makes me a bit nervous when I see a big chunk of information go missing.

Guys, we applied on Dec 22nd and got AOR on March 5th, but still no SA at all. Should we be worried here? Seems like people that applied after us got SA... :-X

I wouldn't be worried about it, there are others who haven't received SA to.

The website currently says they are working on Dec 22 applications. I would wait until they update the website this week and then call if you haven't received SA by then.

For Qubec people, I got letter from CIC, finally they admitted their mistake:

"We are writing to you today as our records indicate that you received correspondence issued to you on February 26 and/or 27th 2015 in error. The Case Processing Centre – Mississauga (CPC-Mississauga) uses an automated mailing system, which on February 26 and 27 2015 mistakenly issued you this correspondence. Please accept our apologies for this error. The processing of your application has not been affected by this error. The CPC-Mississauga has been in contact with the MIDI and has alerted them to this situation. You should not submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec based on the correspondence dated February 26th or 27th. Rather, please wait for further correspondence from CPC-Mississauga before contacting the MIDI. If you have already submitted your application, the MIDI will be contacting you shortly with further information."

So case solved.
I got the exact same email from CIC. I will wait and see what happens next because we did apply for the CSQ and application fee was charged on koyo credit card. Whatever the case, it's CIC mistake and they ought to take responsibility of it.

I hope someone that had similar experience and later solved it will be able to shed more light on what should be expecting from CIC or MIDI, maybe CIC will later send another SA and how long it will take them to send it

Hey mercygold,
I am in the same exact situation and there are a couple of us. I am yet to receive SA. I will update MIDI as soon as I hear anything from CIC.
Meanwhile, here is the tread for Accra VO.

Check you spam/junk folders.. looks like few of them received the mails in spam/junk folders.
Also try searching for CIC in the mailbox. ;D :)

@lamour, MIDI knows about this mistake, I don't think they will reject our app, anyway after you receive SA send it also to MIDI.
