Hi,

Fees that you need to pay is, Principal applicant (including $75 for sponsorship) = $550 + Right of Permanent Residence Fee = $490. So, the total is $1040.

They know it from the forms as to which country does the principal applicant belong to, so dont worry, it would get processed at New Delhi. Also at time of sponsorship approval they would mention as to which visa office they are sending the file for further processing.

There are two different addresses for the outland and inland applications, so send it to the right address to avoid any trouble. Also write where every possible in your application that its an outland application, like the cover letter, table of content (if you make one), and even the envelops.

Hope this helps. All the best. :)

Hi, thanks for quick reply. So do I need to make one single payment of $1,040 or separately of $550 and $490?

I made two payments, one of $550 and one of $490.. hope it's not an issue (it shouldn't)

You can pay however you'd like. I paid in two parts, because my credit card has a 1000$ limit. Some people pay the RPRF when requested.

Cic received mine on december24,2014

Hi friends,

My future wife has a multiple entry Canadian visitor visa and will accompany me to Canada after we get married. In Form IMM 0008/Contact Information, Question 1 - Current Mailing address - Should she mention Indian address or Canadian, similarly in Question 2 - Residential address - Should she mention Indian address or Canadian? She will apply as outland Canada applicant.

Also, can I personally drop-off the completed applications at CPC-Mississauga or these must be sent by post or courier only.

Thank you,

I've updated our spreadsheet a bit to add a day counter for "Number of days since application (and Medicals) received" columns.

If anyone else has applied for Outland Family PR for the month of December feel free to add your information to this spreadsheet :)

You'll have to wait until you've got 10 posts up, then you'll become a full member and you'll have a lot more options presented in your profile menus.

Not sure what is taking CIC so long to update the processing times??

Last update was December 17th and it is supposed to be done weekly. I know there are holidays and all, but this week was a full week. :-X :-X :-X :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

I have just ordered Receipt for Payment IMM 5401 which will be delivered to my address in about two weeks. Do I take a check for $1,040 along with the completed form to any bank (BMO, TD, CIBC) to make the payment or I can make the payment by card there?
