hey, has anyone received direct MR after PER from Warsaw????????????????????????????

Yes, some one mentioned in the forum that he did not receive AOR but directly MR however I still feel that his consultant has deleted or did not share the same.

My timeline is almost same as you, just 2 days gap only. My question is that how you came to know that your application is transferred to visa office in London? is there is a way to know this?

Guys being transferred to LVO is not a good thing to be honest. We all try to remain optimistic and positive however from PER to MR takes about 6 months....

they are a very slow paced office who look like they are either very under resourced or have too many applications from a variety of immigration routes

I have not done any yet but I was told by a friend on the forum who did theirs that the cost was:

For the two adults (husband and wife): 2 x $390
For a 5 year old: $200
and their 3 year old: $150

They didn't do x-rays for kids & they didn't draw blood for them, just urinalysis. Their 3 year old didn't have to do the urinalysis test at all. The cost apparently depends upon what tests need to be done based on age and/or the need to do additional testing on someone.

The country like Pakistan LVO is dealing with, which is highly risky country so they need some extra time to draw any conclusion.

i have applied to Canada on 14 July ,2014 that day they received the Application. AOR got on 6 NOV. on 21 Dec 2014 got a letter that Singapore Visa Office received the application. Still no update. can anyone who applied in July and with Singapore Visa Office share their status. What may be the reason for delay?
