Hi, You need to send all the pages of passport including blank one, you don't need to courier them email is enough. Courier is only required for the original documents like PCC.

Hi Keypad, Baggage transfer is their responsibility you don't need to worry, and would advise to go for 2 hrs. You will reach to the connecting flight within a hour. I followed the same route (virgin atlantic) to NJ with 2 hr stay @ Heathrow and did not see any issue. Hope this helps..
