Thnx @ smilingpari

Called up the helpline today and spoke to a considerate gentleman..........he looked up into the details after putting me on hold for about 3-4 mins !
Said my application is in process and since I haven't rcvd any communication from CIC from the beginning will request the concerned officials about the same.

Lastly he gave me a eight digit number and said that I should quote the given Client ID from my next communication with them !

At present I am a bit confused about the status of my application & when will I get my PER mail !

Hello VC India. Have you used a consultant to file your PR visa? If yes then they should be able to help you draft a reply to WVO. If not you could simply contact your HR manager and ask her if she can give in writing her time working for your company. For eg, she started working maybe in 2005, resigned and then joined again. If she is currently not working with your organisation her self declaration for the company she is working at present and her past employment history should able to clear all doubts of the WVO.
It's worth trying. All the best.. Hope u sail through this setback in your PR application.
Take care.

What will assist you here are the evidences you can use to support your claim. If your boss was working with them before, he/she should provide

1. evidence of being employed that time (e.g employment letter, pay slip or any)
2. Evidence that he/she resigned (letter of resignation or others)
3. Evidence what he/she went to be doing during the period
4. Evidence of re-employment
5. A support letter from your boss may also help.

You then have to appeal that your application should be given a positive treatment.

Good luck.

I GOT THIS TODAY MORNING. IS THIS AOR? wHEN CAN I EXPECT MR. IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF REJECTION NOw? I GOT PER 20 MAR 2015, NOC 4214. VO - SINGAPORE. PLEASE KINDLY ADVICE

Yes, this is AOR, congratulations!!
Now your VO will start to do a background check on your file and, maybe, will call to your previous jobs or bosses u mentioned on your form. Keep calm coz there is a few chance to rejection and if u put all your information clearly on the form, the agent will pass through it fast.

And the average time to receive MR is around 60-90 days.

Wish u good luck and all the best!
Cheers!

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and this is my first Post.

My Timelines:
NOC: 0112
Applied On: 18/12/2014
PER: 08/03/2015
AOR: 15/04/2015
VO: NDVO Shifted to WVO

I just received the following mail from: WSAWIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca
==================
In support of your application you submitted an appointment letter from xxxxxxxx Ltd dated 2005. Document is co-signed by HR Manager xxxxxxxx. However, open source information states that xxxxxxxx is employment by this company only since 2010. Therefore, could not have signed the letter in 2005.

Therefore, it is my belief that you have deliberately tried to mislead me in a relevant matter which could induce an error in the administration of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and I am considering recommending to my supervisor that you be found inadmissible to Canada for misrepresentation pursuant to subsection 40(1)(a) of the Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years
==============

Actual Issue:
My boss resigned in 2007, rejoined in 2010 and resigned again in 2015, but she is not showing the first employment on her Linkedin profile.

Query

1) Which all documents to send?
2) How to communicate to VO, email or letter or both?

Please provide guidance.

Thanks

Very bad situation. Contact them all the possible ways.
Letters, email and phone.
If u can get a letter from ur HR manager., same person explaining how this happened.
hope things will work.

Hey guys I have a question. Do I need to worry? I received my PER on February 24th. and have not heard from my VO since. I know some VO do not send an AOR, but when I checked my status it still says "In Progress" I mean it is almost mid May and still nothing new. Is this normal or is it a red flag? :o
Thanks for any answer.

I think it is normal. If your VO doesn't give AOR, your next line update in your status will likely be Medicals Received once you get the request and send them and they are received. There probably won't be any other updates in the system. Mine is sitting on "In Progress" also.
