Hi guys! I've just received my MR this monday (11/05) And i scheduled the exames for next monday (18/05).
My. Noc is 0111 financial manager And my app is from december 18th.
My process got a Little delay because CIC asked for more documents to prove my common law union.
Now with the medical request in Hands i know if everything goes ok they will ask my passport. And i've seen that VO from São Paulo is going very fast on that.

Well, problem is that when I started the process in august 2014 my passport was valid until february 2016. And i thought I Had a long time ahead. Now I noticed that february 2016 is just in the corner And it is less than one year from now.

Do you guys think this is a problem?

I have been asked for the pcc, medicals and also a birth certificate for myself. no in the application itslef i had mentioned that since the birth certificate was unavailable at the time ( early 1970's ), I had submitted an fidavit along with my class X and class Xii marksheets/documents.
Should I re-submit the same at this time.
Thanks in advance.

Since they are requesting a birth certificate even after the affidavit, etc. you submitted, if I were you, I would call them and ask if what you submitted was unacceptable and since you do not have a birth certificate, what documents they would accept.
