Hi seniors help me out
I have sent my additional documents related to my new born baby on 21st April n also paid the fees for my baby 150 CAD
my last update was on 30th oct so when can i expect a MR from NDVO, this month 21st May or Next month
Another query i have relating to the background check
I wanted to know whether it would be done during this 6 months wait i had or would it be done after they receive my documents again

Please help me out

Mention ur last name the way it's in ur per
Call CIC to find out the VO processing ur application
Some doesn't issue AORs. Colombo and Warsaw does issue AOR but 45-60 days from PER so u need to wait for couple of weeks

But I tried all the options & filled my details correctly using either UCI no or Application No but neither of these work.,
Should I wait for another month for AOR or call CIC to confirm about the VO for my file processing??

In sha allah, hopefully it should get through, I doubt this is much of a problem, or is it? Should i send them an email? or a hard copy explanation or a CSE? or all of it? and what are the chances of them re-considering an honest misinterpretation?

Be positive but misinterpretation may cause trouble. Did they ask you for the clarification? if yes, you better hurry and reply to them explaining the situation. In any form of correspondence, make reference to their mail, dated and subject. Hope things would recover.

Better to reply the same mail and CSE.

I tried all the options by entering correct UCI no & Application No but nothing works there. Still giving the same reply. I don't know why there is no updates as "in process" showing on ECAS for my application? Really confused & worried.
Should I wait till the end of May to expect receiving the AOR or call the CIC to know about the VO for my file processing?
Suggest please????

Call CIC ASAP and check with which VO ur file is lying. Also inform them about the issue u r facing while checking the status online

I'm December 24th Applicant. I received PER on 21st March but no updates after that, neither about the AOR??
Can you give me the CIC no where I can contact them??

same here. application date: 22-12-2014; per: 10-03-2015...

no update since then....NDVO replied to my case specific enquiry and asked me to contact colombo visa office for any info going forward

I really wonder when we will hear from them.. I thought things would go faster.. I am gonna wait for two more weeks and give cic a call..

I faced the same issue, then I found that the problem in the Name format, I was putting first name and last name,
while when I used the family name only (last name as per the application ), it works.

you mean your eCAS is working but only first line is updated when you click on "In process". for your information AOR Doesn't get updated in eCAS but it comes by a mail from Visa Office. As per yesterday's shower of MRs, it has been seen that December Applicants are getting MR Directly without second line update.

Hope this clears the confusion.
