Im also 2133 december 4th applicant , i havent got any email from cic about cap, do cic return documents by courier or normal registry mail?

I'm December 24th Applicant. I received PER on 21st March but no updates after that, neither about the AOR??
Can you give me the CIC no where I can contact them??

Use google hangout, Skype or magic jack since the calls are free

Follow the below procedure to call CIC call centre

1. Download Google Hangouts (optional) on your phone if it has an android or an apple OS.

2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1).

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth.

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

my application got to cic on december 29th 2014, this is may and i understand quite well that fsw 2014 officially closed in April. I have not heard anything from cic concerning PER nor whether my application has been returned due to global/NOC app reached. i was adviced to put a call through to them which i have done severally and it keeps telling me that there's no agent to attend to me because of the high volume of callers. I want to find out if late december applicants are still getting per? i am really concerned about the original documents i have submitted in my application because i will need them to process other things. How long should i keep waiting for?

I faced the same issue, then I found that the problem in the Name format, I was putting first name and last name,
while when I used the family name only (last name as per the application ), it works.

Thank you so much dear, I tried to fill the name as per ur suggestion & it worked. I must say this thread is just amazing & well wishers like you really help amateurs like us to lead the right path.
After I entered my surname only I got my update as ' In Process' ...... So much relieved now.

Have u been charged and got Per already?

I think its a complicated situation coz u must be very clear on your application about work experience and other informations.
Hope they reconsiderate your update and u have your app going through.

44 days since PER, still.no AOR, is this normal?

Almost the same timeline, 41 days since PER, no AOR yet. I thinks it takes around 2 months to get it depending on your VO. So you are still safe.

MR/RPRF - 9th May 2015

No SLU till now..
