DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi every body,

I am a December applicant I have received the firts line (PER) on Dec 8, 2014. When should I expect the second line?

BTW, my NOC is 2145 and I have applied within Canada.

First of all to clear that cic last update was on the date 16 December 2014 but applicants included within the update was of september ,october who are already within the cap..
Secondly u can check ur bank for the payment has been deducted or not. Bcz as per forum members all december applicants have either received the PER or their documents has been returned due to global cap ..

Further u can also confirm by calling CIC..

return of application after getting per is not possible i think ........but vo can reject file after per if visa officer find something fishy in ur application or also on behalf of verifications

Masoun, get your file back is possible after PER. it happened with my friend and the reason was that her job duties was not compatible with The noc her applied for.
Of course she asked for a GCMS Notes and she's waiting the result. lets see whats got wrong.

same case as mine, 325 points in EE and my fswp application of 12/29 has no feedback yet nor cc charging.

Hello Kerdek!!

Well, it depends from where u sent your file to confirm your VO, even if u received an email from CPC. Adding a new dependent on your process its Ottawa's job and after doing this they will send this new info to your VO. But, as I said, it depends the country u applied from to know your Visa Office.

And we cannot have sure if they oppened your file yet. But, if not, they are Very close to do so.

Just a quick one, What are these GCMS notes and how do you ask for these GCMS notes, I did some research and it came to my knowledge that you have to be either a Canadian citizen or holding a Canadian Permanent residence to have such access. And how does these notes help you with your application? and is there any other way to see these notes for non-Canadian citizens?

I called CIC to check the status of my FSW 29/12/2014 file, NOC 2133. But unfortunately, he replied that my file has been returned due to global CAP on March 05th, Not yet received.

All the best for 2014 applicants.....

Actually, Poland (Warsaw visa office) is one of the slowest around (one of the few even slower than New Delhi visa office). So we (yes, my application has been transferred to Warsaw VO too) are in for a loooong wait.
