As a Cuban, your VO must be Havana. And according to CIC site, it takes around 11 months to process your file. It indicates that its a good VO. But dont know if sends AOR.

Can i please ask if you had any concrete information about the cap on category 4011. As far as i remember, the last update on CIC website (which was on 16Dec2014) my NOC category still had room for 153 applications. Also, if the cap is filled, why dont they charge for the processing fee and return my application back as I have heard many other applicants who already got their applications back during March due to cap .

Also, as per my knowledge EE only allows you one month to seek jobs on their portal and then your application just sits there for a year (without scoring those 600 points due to no job offer) and eventually it is kicked out of system. Thats what i have been told, please correct me if im wrong

First of all to clear that cic last update was on the date 16 December 2014 but applicants included within the update was of september ,october who are already within the cap..
Secondly u can check ur bank for the payment has been deducted or not. Bcz as per forum members all december applicants have either received the PER or their documents has been returned due to global cap ..

Further u can also confirm by calling CIC..

I think most of the info quoted here does not seem to tally with cic website info. You might need to check FAQ on cic.ca to get some useful details. EE does not not make job offer compulsory anymore as far as I know. You only need to have good profile set up as a potentially skillful applicant and you can be lucky. I have not heard any bad news from people that went for EE after FSW seem not to Favour them. So you can as well try your luck. I wish all f us the best. We are only trying.

Congratulation first of all. Being a December 25th applicant, you got a chance, its amazing. As now almost all December applicant after 20th getting their file back.
Keep fighting for your place.

first of congratulation you came half way. you need to wait for AOR and second line update. my timeline was also same as yours. i just received AOR 5 days back from CVO.

Call CIC immediately to know ur file status and to know about unusual delay in getting PER. Hope you have checked your spam folder since few people could trace the mail from CIC in spam

So sorry to have learned about your situation. But why do you want to give up. Every document is ready and express entry candidates are invited even without job offer.

I raised a CSE for London visa office ... I did this because I wanted to update them with my new passport details , which recently got renewed. But after submitting the CSE form , this is what I received in my junk.

" Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly. "

Now what should I do ? Shall I raise the CSE again or should I inform the London visa office by some other method ?

Thnx, i have called CIC several times, however, they autoreply keep refering me to their website saying there isnt any available consultant to attend, i av also checked my spam, dont know wat else to do.

Hey man,
I am sorry for that news. I think is better you try the EE. Don't be discouraged. I understand you have taken lots of effort obtaining those documents so do not waste the opportunity. Try the EE and you might be fine within the next six months.
