U need to tell LVO about your new born and they will send u a e-mail with The instructions about how to proceed and a link for u to pay The fee. Dont do this before u tell them.

Thankx Tathy ... I already inform the LVO they ask me to send couple of documents and processing fee of the child ... no link for online fee option... that why i am asking for will LVO accepts online fee or not ...need your suggestion / advice on the matter

Hello dear.

I just found this in other forum. Check if its good for u:

"If the child was born outside Canada:
You must submit the following documents:
· Legible copy of a long form birth certificate showing name of father and mother

· Copy of child's passport ( Please provide as soon as possible)

· 4 photographs meeting the specifications for Citizenship and Immigration

· IMM 0008 Generic – all pages must be completed by the principal applicant to show details of the new dependant.

On receipt of these documents, your child will be added to your application as a non-accompanying dependant, and medical forms and instructions will be sent to you.

You must also pay the processing fee of $150 CAD for your child's application. (if born outside canada)

This payment must be made online. Please consult the following link for complete instructions: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

Once this office receives your payment for the processing fees, your child's application status will be changed to an accompanying dependant."

m sorry to say, but chances r very bleak... coz many aaplications received on dec 31st, 2014 were returned, reason being cited as global cap been met.. try for EE

when will I get AOR? will they provide it after background check? Have they done background check in every case? Is there any chance not getting any AOR? Thanks in advance.

Not all VOs issue AOR and I think SGVO is one of them! Moreover, SGVO is not known for fast processing either. Keep in touch with SGVO applicants for the latest trends and timelines. Also visit the following thread to keep in touch with your fellow NOC 4214 aspirants.

SGVO is very slow. Also there is no good response in SGVO thread. Responses flows only between Bangaladeshi applicants

Hi my noc 3112. Applied under FSW. I've sent my application by UPS courier on 27th December. It was delivered on 30th December to CIO Sydney NS . Didn't get any conformation or file number until now. What should I do now? Any suggestions please.

Have u tried calling the CIC on +1 613 944 4000?
Be prepared for a long IVR and then another long wait to get to the agent. follow the prompts... can call using skype for free

I would call cic and check the status of the application..
