DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Called CIC yesterday to find out about VO. My file is still at Sydney. Not expected to transfer before mid-May.

Another thing - I needed to make two calls to know just this much. The first agent was really brusque and tried to cut me off, did not even ask for the UCI number. The second one was much nicer. So guys, you need to be persistent and not be put off by the agents, they must be really stressed out with the high call volumes. It's silly, as CIC could reduce call volumes by simply giving more information faster to applicants.

Is there any 30th-31st Dec. applicant who received his/her file back by mail (postman) ? Cc not charged and noc/global cap reached.
My question : how long does it take to receive the application back ? Please indicate your region. (Mine is Europe).

I got my file back in a week. They posted on March 20 and it reached me on 28th.

Just got email from Warsaw office confirming that they have received our application. Interesting to see that application for Indians are going to Warsaw.

Hope to see progress for other applicants too.

Hello people,

I had sent a case specific query to NDVO related to adding my spouse to Visa application.

They have replied telling my file has gone to Vienna for processing.

So looks like after Columbo and Warsaw, there are files being forwarded to Vienna as well.

Hello people,

Since my last post, I sent an email to Vienna VO asking them to confirm if they have got my file.
And to be honest, they are damn fast as I got an email reply today (just 1 day).
They have confirmed they have got my files on 7th April.

So dont be suprised if the files are routed to Vieanna for some of you as well.
Looks like Warsaw and Col are also full.

Just to update you all, received official AOR from Warsaw VO on 09.04.2015.

Rest of the time line is on Left Side but for your ready reference pasted as below:

The email was from Visa Office Colombo ( So does that make it an AOR?)
However the mail just said my Visa Office woould be Colombo and Not New Delhi...
