Hello people,

I had sent a case specific query to NDVO related to adding my spouse to Visa application.

They have replied telling my file has gone to Vienna for processing.

So looks like after Columbo and Warsaw, there are files being forwarded to Vienna as well.

Hi Guys, I got my PER on 01 Mar, 2015, and haven't recieved any other update from them yet. I called CIC yesterday, and a rude lady officer said that they have no idea whether the file has been transferred to the VO or not, and if yes to which VO it has been transferred. What should I do? pls advise.

Wait, I guess. I got my PER on March 3rd. No updates yet. So I keep busy with work, and also started exercising a little in preparation for medicals. If my file has gone to NDVO, I won't get AOR, but will get MR directly. According to their timeline so far, I expect that would come sometime in June. Same case with you if your file has gone to NDVO, I'd say.

My CC was charged on 09/02/15 but still now not received PER..

Can anyone tell me what could be the problem...or are there people here with the same issue.

1. My payment mode is CC, it's not charged yet.
2. Just a rumor with no exact proof. It was discussed before, here, for example.
3. Again, just the info from the forumites

Durani , there was update from the forum members about the noc 2172 being capped because they were getting their files returned and thr readon given to them was that due to cap being filled

please read my conversation with alok4best below that post. He was the one whose consultant stated about 22/12 received date, but that information turned up to be inexact.

No it doesn't. Your local visa office will email you once they received your docs from CIC called "AOR". But please also know that some VO don't provide AOR. If this is your case, your next email will be MR.

Can we call CIC and check about our AOR or only the particular VO will have that access to check on the AOR.

Hi Anthony.

Your noc need to be verified by a senior agent coz yours has a high level experience and it takes time do be processed, more than other NOCs. The good thing is that you were charged and u have more than 90% of chances to get your PER.
But if u want, try to call CIC and check your app status.
