Chances are very slim now. Call CIC immediately and ask for the status of your application. Also make a profile in EE which is the best possible option now.

Hello my dear! I can imagine your feelings!!

Your NOC was not a hot one but The thing is The OVERALL CAP.
CIC did not communicate it officialy on website but lots of applicants said that received their app back due to Global Cap reached.
I suggest u to contact CIC immediatelly by dialing 1-888-242-2100 (download Magic Jack app to make free calls to Canada and US) and check with an agent about your file.

Hi Guys,

I have a situation for a friend of mine that applied for FSW on December 2014.
Their application arrived on December 29th.
We have been fearing what everybody is been saying: That the general cap was filled during that day.
So, yesterday they received the documentation back with a letter. Which was no surprise.
But the letter makes reference to an application for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC)!!!
We obviously made sure the right type of application was used, and the proper documentation was attached.

Our feeling is that they just attached the wrong explanation template.
So our question would be, should we called them and demand an official explanation?
If they confirm the error, and they just applied the wrong template, how can we assure that the application wasn't misplaced, and lost a spot just because of that?
It is very serious when they provide official documentation with wrong information, particularly when the spots for December 29th were limited.
What do you guys think?

I calculate my score on express entry calculator, 344 only, so how I achieve in poll?

Your score is not bad, but u can have a better position by doing another IELTS and improving your points. The last draw had about 453 as a lowest-ranked, so your Invitation to Apply is close.

You are totally right, call CIC ASAP and tell The real situation. If they made a mistake they must do another review on his application and, if everything is correct, they should consider his app on The cap and continue to process his file.
That's what I think about it. But first of all, call them and explain The problem.
