Warsaw is a very slow VO. There are people waiting for MR since September. I am waiting for AOR for more than a month now. Hope it picks up soon!!! All the best!

Sorry if I didnt understand it correct , was your DD encashed or not ?

If it was encashed then you will receive PER in due course for sure

I haven't check that whether DD is encashed or not. As it is not possible in Pakistan.

Second, how you can say that 2172 is capped. Any proof or evidence

try calling again today.
CIC asked everyone to wait till 6th of April.
And there was some rumor they had a holiday yesterday.

I have not received any update for my 19Dec App of NOC 2172.

This NOC could not be capped in November because there were stable charges for the dates up to the 10th of December.

There are some returns of Apps received on 15/12 and later.
Also there are several forum members who claimed their charges for 19/12 and even 22/12.

This, and the official CIC statistics (370 apps total, published 19/12, but they say it's mid October data) are only facts which give us belief in positive result...

Hello dear.
As I know, LVO is very slow and The average waiting time is 3 months or more for MR.
But I can send an email to your VO to know about your app.

1. My payment mode is CC, it's not charged yet.
2. Just a rumor with no exact proof. It was discussed before, here, for example.

Durani , there was update from the forum members about the noc 2172 being capped because they were getting their files returned and thr readon given to them was that due to cap being filled

so your app. received date is not 22nd of December? Could you please clarify, is it after 10/12/14 or not? If yes, we still have a chance, if not, then we all 2172 should just wait for our apps back..

if you have been charged and been given a PER so fast, you are likely to get your AOR soon too!
