I would like to report an obnoxious forum member mk9212. He is also from warsaw VO.he has absolutely no sense of writing on a forum.. He criticizes everyone at his own whims..he has a very pathetic knowledge of the english language..Wonder how he passed the IELTS? Wish this forum had an option to ban a member from commenting....Such people just leave a bad taste... So miffed
we are all here to share our experiences and exchange information.. So that we are aware of this entire PR process. to help each other out. But this member mk9212 is annoying!

Its not NOC 0113 that was full. Its overall cap of 25,000 applications that was reached somewhere near 30 December, that's was I have seen in this forum from members comments.

My frnd ,first off all ,in fswp 2014 they accepted total 25500 applications which were divided by 1000 application for each one noc category and 500 for phd stream, It was mandatory.Secondly they could not received more then 1000 applications for one noc category. . So how global cap impact on this system.. because they can not mix noc category with each other.. each category has own fix quota. . For example 1000 applications × 25 categories =25000

Dear All,

I received my PER on 30th March, 2015 (application date 29dec, 2014). But in my PER there was nothing written about my VISA office and my ECAS just shows in process, have not been updated yet what i think. So how would i b able to know about my visa office and whether my visa office would let me know about my application acknowledgment????

Further, it would be appreciable if someone can guide me by listing the next steps of this application process and approx duration in between.

I had the same situation as well. I called CIC and they gave me all the related info. Just give them your UCI number . I was pretty surprised when they informed me that my VO is Cairo and not London or Abu Dhabi as I predicted . Any way, I hope things go well for me and everybody else.

Kerdek, yesterday was Easter Holiday. That's why u couldn't reach them. But today they are working normally.

The caps were such that no single NOC could accommodate more than 1,000 complete application packages without a job offer in any of the 50 NOCs in 2014. However, there was an overall cap of 25,000 for applicants applying through the NOC category, plus an additional 500 for applicants applying through the PhD stream. So as soon as the overall cap of 25,000 is reached, even if there is only one complete application package submitted for an NOC, that NOC, and in fact, all NOCs will be deemed to have capped. In short, every complete application package received counted towards the overall cap.

Thanks I just reported the member to the moderator . by the way did your receive your AOR from Colombo? Warsaw VO seems to be in a deep sleep.

Kerdek , Cairo VO seems to good and not slow as london or warsaw. I think they should work as per Colombo VO which is also reasonably fast.
