I DN'T KNOW, HOW IS IT HAPPEND, WHILE THE STATUS OF RECEIVING FILES WAS 813 ON DECEMBER 19 UPDATES ON OFFICIAL SITE OF CIC

Hello dear! Sorry to hear about your app but when CIC removed The page from The website On dec 19th, all Numbers were related to applications from around october. So it's possible to your NOC capped before november coz it was a hot noc.

Your PER is not late buddy even many of december starting applicants who got charged in feb have not got their golden mails so be patient ..

Applications having job offer can never be capped as those applications are free from capping

I'm aware of the warranty when there is a confirmed job offer but I'd actually like to understand why applications (without a job offer) received on Dec 30 and 31 are being returned. Unless capped, the absolute deadline was still Dec 31, wasn't it? Thanks.

I have received my PER on 22nd March with the UCI number but I am unable to check the status on ECAS. It gives me the below response -

Hello dear.

FSW works in this way: or your noc capped with 1,000 applications OR the Global Cap reached with 25,000 applications even if your noc has only 200 complete applications, for example. It's what's comes first, Noc cap or overall cap.

And according to CIC agents, the Global Cap (25,000) was reached on Dec 29. That's why applicants from Dec 30 and 31 are, unfortunatelly, receiving their files back.

Some members said that received a letter from CIC explaining and the reason was the Global Cap.
And a friend of mine received his back with The same answear (app from Dec 30)

My ECAS was updated today saying that they received my application on 31-12-2014 and now the status shows as In Process. Is this my AOR??
What's next??

No ! this is not AOR...

AOR is the mail acknowledgement of receipt of your file by VO...

It is your ECAS update.. first line....

second line will be updated with local or remote Visa office picks up your file for process... it states as we have started processing your file...
