Be patient. My application was received on 8 Dec but I only got PER on 23 Mar, only 10 days ago. You should wait for a little more I think.

I DN'T KNOW, HOW IS IT HAPPEND, WHILE THE STATUS OF RECEIVING FILES WAS 813 ON DECEMBER 19 UPDATES ON OFFICIAL SITE OF CIC

MY NOC 1123 Application received by CIC on 29 Dec. I checked my Bank about DD and it hasnt still charged and also no reply from CIC guys. Don't know what to do/expect next. Seniors please advise.

No this noc is not cap but sadly global cap is there thats y all 30-31 december applications are being return by cic except who have valid job offer

0013. Better hear from those who may know the cut off date for PER. But benchmarking my own case, logically you should still have some more days. From the spreadsheet, NOC 2131 app was only at 600 as at 19 Dec. Whether the remaining 400 was added before the date of your app reception is something worth knowing. I guessed DIPGANDHI meant to suggest that you take a look at the page on the same NOC to learn if other fellow applicants are experiencing similar delays.

Applications having job offer can never be capped as those applications are free from capping

I think I read on the forum an October applicant that got is package back due to NOC capped. You can call CIC on Monday for update. You can also start filling your profile for EE
