Immediately fill up Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) to cancel ur agents details and mention ur mail id and contact details in the form. Courier this form to CIC. The PER will be delivered to ur inbox. Don't forget to write a covering letter mentioning all your personal details such as name, passport no. Dob, NOC etc. as a reference to ur app and brief reason as to why you are cancelling ur representative

ME TOO. STILL WAITING FOR PER. GETTING WORRIED AND WORIES INCREASES DAY BY DAY.
ITS ALMOST 4 MONTHS.
FILE RECEIVED AT SYDNEY : 2 DEC 2014
DD CHARGES : 3 FEB 2015 (AS PER BANK)
CALLED CIC : THEY GAVE ME TEMPORARY FILE NUMBER (XE000******) WHICH I CANNOT TRACK ONLINE. COULD A FILE NUMBER BE LIKE THIS ?

IS ANYONE HAVING SAME STATUS AS OF MINE?

I have a question. Me and my wife have been blessed with a baby girl this Feb. i.e. between changing of my CC(on 9th March) and receipt of application(on 29th Dec). Now I have received PER. I need to inform CIC and VO about addition of a family member. Can somebody please guide me about the required documents in such a case?
I have Birth Certificate of my daughter. Though I am still to apply for passport. I have taken date 8th April for the same.
