ITS ALMOST 4 MONTHS.
FILE RECEIVED AT SYDNEY : 2 DEC 2014
DD CHARGES : 3 FEB 2015 (AS PER BANK)
CALLED CIC : THEY GAVE ME TEMPORARY FILE NUMBER (XE000******) WHICH I CANNOT TRACK ONLINE. COULD A FILE NUMBER BE LIKE THIS ?

IS ANYONE HAVING SAME STATUS AS OF MINE?

Please i need your guide on this which is critical to me at this point.

App rcvd: Dec 09, 2014

Based on the available info, i have called CIC (+16139444000) three times in the last 3 months. The recent call was made today and a guy responded. His response was that he can see my application on the system and that it was received on Dec 09, 2014 and aside that there is no other information available on the system. I pressed him to give further info or perhaps he should ask someone in the office what exactly is happening with my application. He could not give me info that is not in the system.

Please house, in this situation, what is the assumption and what step should i take in this case. I would be glad for a quick response.

You call again after couple of days and some other agent may give some info.. At the same time you may send a mail to them asking for status..

If your CC is encashed means it is in process and If you believe your application is little bit complicated or more things are there to check.. it will take more time for them to issue PER..

Thank you for your response. I sent an email about 2 months a go and no response from CIC. I have explored the phone call, what else should i do?

I see...As per CIC 2172 sub cap filled (saw this in letter sent by CIC to me) and recently I believe the overall CAP reached...

What was ur receiving date for 2172??
Mine was 19 dec

BuThanks Tathy for your reply. My VO is New Delhi. I have already dropped a mail to VO, New Delhi and CIC, Canada. Still waiting for a reply from them. I wish to send the required documents ASAP after they reply to stop any delays. Thats why I wish to know required documents before hand. I know that I need to arrange below things:
1. Birth Certificate - Done
2. Funding Proof - Done - Though already included but will send it again.
3. Passport - Applied. Should be delivered in a month's time. But not sure if I am required to send passport in case of new born.
4. Form for Addition to Family - Now these forms are not available on CIC online as Express Entry has taken over the earlier process. So, all the forms for Economic - FSW are not removed from the website.

4th point is the major issue. Because there is now no information available on CIC webpage.

Actually I have applied by myself. Didn't take any help form consultants. It saved me a lot of money. But now I feel stuck due to lack of information on CIC webpage.
