DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi,

One of my friends has filed in NOC 4011 (Teachers and professors in universities and colleges) on 5th Dec 2014. It's strange, no PER nothing from cic. Is this delay normal for this NOC?

Please reply.

I am in the same situation still no PER. I think we got rejected (NER) and they are preparing a letter mentioning the reasons of rejection which will take them some time.
I really hope my assumption is wrong but the more delay the stronger the black thought becomes.

I am in the same boat Kerdek. I think management related NOCs are not on priority at the moment. You might have observed that following NOC groups are processed on priority.

1 Business, finance and administration occupations
2 Natural and applied sciences and related occupations
3 Health occupations
4 Occupations in education, law and social, community and government services

I maybe wrong here but this is what I see.. Your views on this??

you don't need to do anything now. Your VO will contact you at the right time

Not received the AOR still ..!!

But Mates, i Do not have an AOR also???? i heard files of NDVO are transferred to warsaw or colombo... Is that true, if yes i should have had my AOR by now right???

My app reached on 1st Dec 2014. My file is transferred to Colombo. But I also havent received any AOR..

Called CIC, my app was returned 12 March due to global cap reached :/

I can see you are charged on 10th feb. It strongly means that you will receive PER. dont worry just be patient.

My app reached 5 dec got PER on 24th March and still no news. Any remedy?? The wait is terrible!

fIts quite early to ask for MR dear. It takes around 30-40 days on an average to receive the MR after AOR.
Waiting is the remedy
