what are the chances that a Visa office give a NER after receiving PER from CIC intake office

I just called cic. The agent I spoke with asked when I submitted my application. Told him December. Went on to ask if I have recieved the aor, I told him no. Simply asked me to wait till I get aor. I guess its different strokes for different folks.

It is not possible to issue NER after PER. However, the application can be rejected after PER based on the documentation and health issues.

I just got off the phone to CIC . My file will be returned because the agent said they have reached global cap as at the time I submitted. He said it was updated yesterday so most likely they have sent it off through regular post

65 is in SS. Multiply it by 5 since only 20% of applicants are in SS

Approx 325 has been recd by CIC. Just an estimation pls

What a pity, it mean that just 350 applications returned unlistened whereas more than 25000 applications were atleast opened and either accepted or rejected.

So, still no news about the 30-31st applicants. Some say file was returned due to NOC CAP, some say file returned due to global CAP, some say file was not in system (file already returned due to CAP) but lets just face it. We are in the possibility of the global CAP.

What I would just want to express is that why is CIC not prioritizing or balancing their applicants? First come first serve? At first I was not worried due to my NOC because there were only few who applied to it. But the most populated NOC came to CAP easily at November for example: Registered Nurses, Financial Analyst, IT Personnel etc., these NOC have such high volumes of applicants that it capped easily and unbalancing the scale of other NOC particularly the managerial department. It is like 10:3 ratio for that matter. No offense and I want to congratulate all those who have received their PER. The less populated NOC became unheard of. I was on the idea that each NOC has a CAP of 1000 but due to the influx of applicants in the last months of FSWP, it tipped the scale and became unbalanced unproportionately for other NOC categories.

aor- acknowledgement of receipt. My app got there on dec 29th 9.37am signed for by donnie
