DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hii,
My file was received on 2 Dec. Even I am waiting till now to received PER mail. My DD was encashed on FEB 3.

you can call CIC for update and if you are lucky the agent will give you your UCI. But I guess your PER will soon arrive since your DD has been encashed

My dd was encashed
I have my file number..

The thing is that my ECAS say that they can not verify me..
What can i do?

your ECAS is yet to come alive just check again next week as CIC usually update every Tuesday. All the best

CIC agent told me that my file is received and I am in CAP.

When I asked her about my DD encashment status, she told that she has no access to that information.

She also told me that my file is in process from Jan and as of now everything is fine.

What can we assume from this. My app received on 15th Dec. and my ECAS status is IN PROCESS

since your ECAS is in process expect PER soon

Which visa office have you been alloted?

Visa office is Kingston, Jamaica

Does it mean that my file has reached Kingston office?

I had called CIC

I asked the agent if i am in the 25000 cap, he said that once you have your file number it means that you are in the cap..

I just got off the phone to CIC . My file will be returned because the agent said they have reached global cap as at the time I submitted. He said it was updated yesterday so most likely they have sent it off through regular post

But Never give up your dreams.

When I was in Canada on 2013, my Study visit was denied and I need to come back to Brazil.
Now, I applied to FSW and never loose my Hope to back to Toronto again!

Hello Forumites,

Called CIC regarding my local visa office and they said its Warsaw, Poland.. ??? Anyone please help me know the Warsaw office timelines as I really do not know how to check the spreadsheet. I have tried it a million times. But unable to check.
If anyone else's file has been sent to Warsaw.. Kindly let me know of your experience.
