You make me laugh!!... When others tell you what they THINK is happening you moan and berate them, telling them to not make assumptions. But when others tell you what IS happening and present FACTS and EVIDENCE you moan and have a go at them too!!!

You need to wake up from this fantasy world you are living in and face the truth.

Even God (if he exists, which I believe he doesn't) cannot save you from the harsh reality that FSW2014 is over for you and many others.

Nothing else but the existence of God is the truth you have not yet discovered, but you will discover it with my case. Even if cic is bent to returning all apps, my own case will be different because my app will never be returned unprocessed. This is the reason I am different from any other, the faith in the God on whose ability I stand to speak. Guys !

CIC agent told me that my file is received and I am in CAP.

When I asked her about my DD encashment status, she told that she has no access to that information.

She also told me that my file is in process from Jan and as of now everything is fine.

What can we assume from this. My app received on 15th Dec. and my ECAS status is IN PROCESS

Dear its better to firstly check with the bank for dd enchasment.. As currenly payments for 29th Dec. applications are being done.. So better to call and confirm from CIC..

Hi All,

I send my documents to the immigration office and they received it by Dec 10th 2014. Someone names Mike received the document. Its been more than 90 days and I havent received any updates. Could you please help me how long does it normally take ? I saw your posts that most of them are waiting and also want to know once we receive our file number ... How long will it take for us to migrate ?

Appreciate your help !!!

My msg was intended to those 30th and 31st Dec applicants who are banking ONLY on FSW 2014. however it is purely left to people on how to adopt the underlying message for themselves. In ur case you seems to have taken it a bit in a negative manner and I am fine with ur opinion. The whole immigration journey is filled with twists, turns, surprises etc. which we will get used to over a period of time. However there is no harm in having a plan b just in case things doesn't our way. That's what I wanted to convey. So relax and chill. God bless u with PER :-* :-* :-*

Called CIC regarding my local visa office and they said its Warsaw, Poland.. ??? Anyone please help me know the Warsaw office timelines as I really do not know how to check the spreadsheet. I have tried it a million times. But unable to check.
If anyone else's file has been sent to Warsaw.. Kindly let me know of your experience.

Excuse me, stop that doing my head in. How do u mean Jihems took it in a negative manner? you expressed your opinion about 30 & 31st applicants and jihems expressed his own thoughts also. The point should have ended up at both parties agreeing to disagree and not to rant abuses on here. Did you read the other forum mate post. It was totally awful and out of place
