Hi everyone , 31 Dec applicant here Noc 2131,just called CIO now , agent gave me my UCI number and confirmed there is a note left on my profile dated 13 March, 2015 that my app is being returned due to G cap filled.

Nevertheless , all tailender , Either you call and get crystal clear confirmed( hopefully positive)
Or wait without loosing hope
I'm quite sad but will digest it ,, no other way

I called David Cohens office today and was told that no communication regarding my app has reached them. I am 31st December. He asked me to be patient and wait.

Did they have any update about G Caps?

You are right , i even tried to use my 8 digit UCI to check status on Ecas but the information provided couldnt be verified

But there is no update. Also, I find it strange that if they have made a decision on my file why should it take so long to reach me?

Do you have magicjack? It ia a free call application to us and canada, i use it all the time to call cic.. i have it on my tablet.. And you can have it on mobile also..
But if you use it you have to omit the +1 at the beginning of the number because when using magicjack it is as if you are calling from within canada.. So u dial 6139444000

Hi called up cic they sd that they have no info reg my file, either it's rejected due to individual cap fill or in waiting. N he sd the minimum time of 10 weeks was for normal app but the Dec end may have to wait more due to influx in the app to get in fswp before ee. When I asked him abt global cap he sd they haven't recvd any info reg this. This is my 2nd call n same reply

For last 2 days there was nothing to do, so I collected 24 December applicants name from previous posts please update this as necessary. Hopefully we will get some good news this week. my request to all, please update your status.

Just talked with a call agent in cic.She gave me my application number which starts with Exxxxxxx .I have not received PER yet.does that mean PER? my time line is 23 Dec noc 0113

That is one of my friends who also sent his app from madrid. From the dhl tracking page says delivered on 30. So lets hope we start seeing more charging done!!

what's your friend's NOC code? And doe they have a job offer or they are already in Canada?
