Hi I tried to call this number from viber and hangout but free call is not available. So I think this number is not viber or hangout included.

Do you have magicjack? It ia a free call application to us and canada, i use it all the time to call cic.. i have it on my tablet.. And you can have it on mobile also..
But if you use it you have to omit the +1 at the beginning of the number because when using magicjack it is as if you are calling from within canada.. So u dial 6139444000
 

hello dear seniors. I really need help!

here is my timeline

app received date : dec 29, 2014
mode: CC
NOC: 3233

I called cic 3 times and they all gave me the same info that they attempted 3 times to charge my app last mar 12 but it failed. Thereafter, i immediately called my bank and asked for explanation why the charging did not went through. The bank denied that there were no attempts from CIC to charge my card.

I called again CIC to asked help about this issue. I reiterated that the card details that I gave are correct. I asked if I can give them another card but he replied that I should email CIC directly. I just wonder, they respond messages in email as long as 1 month and by that time my app will already by returned to me.

Please, I really need suggestions to what should I do. This is very critical at this point. I am begging for your knowledge about this one.

U need to wait till u hear from your VO which will take around 30days from ur per date. They will ask u to submit ur latest details including ur PCC and u will hav a months time

Would i have to submit my PCC again....??? the one i submitted with the docs was latest 1st DEC 2014 and Indian PCC is valid for an year.... pls guide

This is strange, because they normally give one or two days interval before they try again if the first attempt fail. Please continue to call to get update because if it is true that they try three times, after third attempt they might return your application

I tried this morning (canadian time) 3 times but failed. The system said they are experiencing a high vol of call and can't answer me
 
I called David Cohens office today and was told that no communication regarding my app has reached them. I am 31st December. He asked me to be patient and wait.

Hey dude dnt worry it would be same or probably before my case. Well lets keep faith in God and wish that we get PER soon. Lets be in touch and apprise each other if any has any progress in the case. Further, i wish that 30th and 31st charging also get start from today...All the best for them
 
Hi everyone , 31 Dec applicant here Noc 2131,just called CIO now , agent gave me my UCI number and confirmed there is a note left on my profile dated 13 March, 2015 that my app is being returned due to G cap filled.

Nevertheless , all tailender , Either you call and get crystal clear confirmed( hopefully positive)
Or wait without loosing hope
I'm quite sad but will digest it ,, no other way

Yes sure they are getting a lot of calls, you need to keep trying until your call is directed to the ageNt it takes a lot of patience.. One time I had to try for one hour until it worked..
