Hi,

I am Dec 11 applicant, Application includes Me & my wife.
PER received on 28th Feb, 2015.
NOC 0112
VISA office London

On March 11, 2015 GOD ALMIGHTY has blessed me with a baby boy. i have four question from the seniors member;
1. How will i include my boy in the application ?
2. what forms are requires ?
3. how will the passport and pix of the boy will be taken either with his mom or just alone as the newly born babies change their faces quickly.
4. wht will be the next step after PER

please need advice on the matter.

Congrat on your new baby, please raise CSE to your visa office informing me them of the new addition to your family. They will then advise you on then next step to take

Was the letter received by your friend via email or hardcopy?

Also, are you saying 30th and 31st applicants should be expecting application returned without any update on CIC system?

She actually called CIC last week and she was told her app was returned because the cap for her NOC was filled, her package was received yesterday with the hardcopy of the letter stating global cap filled instead of NOC cap she was told over the phone.

As for the rest of us 30th & 31st applicants it's most likely our apps are already on their way back since 29th has already been returned.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Dear All,

It is has been a while that I am reading this forum but this is my first post.

I am a 29th December applicant, documents received by CIO at 11am, NOC 1212 without arranged employment.

I was expecting for my credit card to get charged this week but so far nothing.

I was wondering if someone has any recent news about 29th December applications and if the cap for NOC 1212 has been reached.

You should try calling CIO and ask them if they have your app. They can tell if it is returned or not.

Till the date they removed the page on CIC site (Dec 16), there was 195 complete applications. Note that this numbers refers to mid October/November (not sure).
