There is something unusual happening in cic. Its seem very strange that caps of all the categories get full simultaniously just two days before the end date. On other hand they have removed the cap update page from there website. My category's last shown accepted application no was 63 out of 1000 while same no of applications were in verification queue.

The rejection letter and a CIC response posted by some forumites indicate that the Global or the OVERALL CAP has been reached, hence it implies tha tthere is no room to accommodate additional applications even under those NOCs on which individual caps have not been reached.

However, I would suggest wait for an official letter from them and in the interim keep alternate plans ready.
