I am unable to predict CIC agent behaviour. First time I called two week before the agent told that they are processing Nov application.

Second time I previous week they ask my particular and told me that they returned my application.

Lat night I called they told that CIC has not yet start processing Nov and Dec and I should wait for my turn.

What is is conspiracy and what should we expect from CIC

Have actually given up hopes. :(

Same here buddy.
I gave everything for this application. :(
Now that the program is about to end processing applicants within the cap and my CC is still not charged, I think FSW 2014 is game over for me.
However, I am still praying for all the tail end applicants to be included in the program.

I pray for the same...hoping they begin to action the applications received on 30 and 31 Dec too.

الحمد الله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيدالمرسلين

In order to not create any anxiety for any of my December fellow applicants, I am going to announce that today is my day and by the Grace of God Almighty, I have received PER at exactly 08:03AM Nova Scotia Time (02:03PM Qatar Time). That is why I said that it seems that CIO in NOVA SCOTIA started with my case today's morning.

THANKS TO GOD. THAT TODAY I GOT PER IN FSWP 2014.

There was a time during my struggle for FSWP2014 journey, when I almost lost the hope but I never completely lost the hope and decided to not quit the struggle. If you read my below message you will find that I utilized all possible means and Thanks to God Almighty that he blessed me with this success of initial milestone and I hope that God Almighty will provide me success in the next stages of this journey as well.

For all of you, I am posting my past post, which I posted in November when I was extremely upset because of injustice done by WES and the results of IELTS from British Council:-

Bro. congrates a lot.. u really deserved the same due to ur best support to other fourm members as BC, WES were not favouring u . so its the prayers which matters .. :P

Congratulations again

Regards

How Many people got AOR from Warsaw or colombo????

Thanks for all of the December fellow applicants for conveying best wishes and congratulating me on this occasion of receiving PER.

I shall advise everyone to never loose hope and I wish that anyone who is still waiting to get their CC charged or DD encashed get it done soon and receive their PERs as well.

In my case up till today's update my bank told me that DD is not encashed, which I can understand that is totally fake statement and they are just bluffing and as I have commented in my previous post that professionalism is yet to arrive here in this part of world. Therefore reality is that my bank is unable to find out traces of the DD that they themselves have issued it uptill now. Whereas in PER it is clearly mentioned that DD is already encashed on 23rd of FEb. Therefore my bank is just lying to me and are not ready to accept that they cannot trace the DD that they have issued.

Many Many Congratulations to you brother, God Bless

Dear Members,

I have been in your boat for the past few weeks and I can totally relate to the agony and anxiety all this brings.I must say this forum and this thread especially has been such a confidence booster and lifted many low spirits...Glad to be here☺
I just wants u'll to know that until you do not hear from CIC , it is not over. Like they say no news is good news ..pl stay positive

Heres the long and short of my story.
My application for NOC 1114 was received at NS on 30th Oct and DD encashed on 9th Jan. After I sent my application, I realised that the NOC I selected did not list duties and my application could be rejected if the officer did not see 80% of the duties as listed under the NOC (As I had read here). I made another application for NOC 0121 as HSRDC confirmed according to my performed duties. This application was received on 23rd Dec and DD encashed on 26th Feb. Now till yesterday I did not get any intimation for any of my applications. I called CIC couple of times and they confirmed application was not returned and I should patiently wait.

Today I called the office in the early hours just when they open and I did not have to wait to speak to an agent. Instead of telling them the whole story abt DD getting encashed and no PER, I only asked to know abt the status of my application saying it was received in Oct and its been so many weeks. The officer asked few security questions and said the same thing like everytime but this time gave me the UCI. In a few hrs , I checked my mail and I see that I have PER for both my applications.

So stay positive and keep yourself ready....ur PER might just be on its way!

(See the half glass full ......Then fill it the rest of the way )

Sounds interesting. Congratulations :)

To all the late applicants that are giving up hope, you must be patient and give CIC time to do their job. I understand how much this means to you all but being negative and putting those pessimistic thoughts in your mind will only breed anxiety and negative energy.

Don't let this get to you guys, you must sit back and wait until such time that you are over a month late in receiving any corespondence. The trends are generally right so figure out when you would expect to hear news and add a month on to that just to give CIC some completion time as they come to the end of their application checking naturally people slow down.

Be positive, think positive and remove any pessimism.

Everything happens for a reason and the good thing about life is that you will always be given a another chance.

All the best and hope you all receive the news you want to shortly

not yet .............

Hi SuperCanada ,

I tried this number 0016139444000. Pl press options 1-1-1-1-1-1-3-1...when you reach the message where they ask you to input the 8 didgit no you can do either of the following
press # and then your DOB...your call will be transferred agent
OR do not press any numbers....your will be asked thrice and then transferred to an agent.

I know this from various posts on this forum that I had read through..I wish I cld remember who it was and thank them for the valuable info :)

Also what worked for me is call early...as soon as they start i.e 8 am. you get through without much waiting, else you have to hold for avg 5- 10 minutes to speak to an agent. Do not tell them that you know the dd is encashed or they will just tell you that it means file is in process and you have to wait. Just tell them that you are Oct applicant and do not know whats going on. you are calling to check if the file was returned. Then they will ask you for your details and pull out your file. Do not forget to request for UCI no :)

Hope this helps ...All the best...Best part if you have been charged...I see that as a BIG positive :D

Thanks faraz246 ;D...your timeline is similar to mine...trust your email is on the way :)

This is precisely the reason I keep saying...its not over until you have written correspondence from CIO stating that your application is returned. Have faith...all will go well :)
