DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Dear Friends,


My application was recieved on 16 Dec at CIC office as per information from DHL courier service, Till date i haven't got any information
regarding my application status as i have applied under NOC 2281. I called CIC last night and ask for UCI and they said there is no file in their system
with my name. The agent asked for my DOB and Last Name ,FIist name etc. I asked him whether the NOC 2281 cap has been filled or not, but he
didn't provide any innformation regarding NOC CAP status and my file status.


Please Help

Hi Sumin,

Its sad but I think that yours was one of the hottest noc and has already been capped. You can try EE now.

Hi guys, sorry to be the bearer of the bad news. But, received the application package for a client, file submitted on 29 dec. It says Your application was reached after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications was reached.


It may also be noted that another client (29 dec submission) was charged on March 1, 2015. SO I believe the cap was reached on 29th December itself.

Hi,
I know how painful is to wait but, this is all we can do until we have something in our hands officially. Believe me all those who got charged are safe and those who aren't charged yet must wait till 10 to 14 weeks from the date cic received their application.

All those must contact their agents or representatives for PER mails, these agents or representative may threat you for additional charge by concealing information regarding PER mail.

PER letters may also be delivered to you if your email address do not respond or might be possible by mistake you have provided them wrong email address due to typing error.

I just want everyone on board to carry forward the same caring legacy, friendship, honesty and love from this forum to next. I am hopeful and I am positive, we will make it and God will help us all.

Dear are you really serious about this. As i know some 30 Dec applicants also got charged. So how can the cap get filled on 30th Dec.

I'm Dec 29 myself.. File not returned as CIC agent informed me today, but not encashed too!!

In my opinion, not all the applicants on 29th and 30th of Dec. are rejected because some of them are in the number(25500) and the others are out of the number.
The problem is what the norm to be let them in or out is.
Only lucky guy can get charged???? NONSENSE.

Do they open and scan the barcode page prior to sending it back? Wondering how, some 30 Dec applicants got charged. Might be they have a job offer or they belong to certain NOC codes.

If CIC is correct in this, then I must say that this is the end of FSW. However, if any of the forumites is charged , they must report so that the hopes are kept alive for the rest of the members who are waiting for the next step.

Hi mates, I thought my FSW application is waiting to be returned recently cos I found some accounts indicate they got an email/returning application due to the cap of 1123. However...see below

Application filed: Dec 23, 2014
CC Charged: Mar 5, 2015

CEC: NOC 1123
Application filed: Dec 1, 2014
Application returned: Feb 10, 2015

What's going on with 1123 via FSW? Any similar cases?
