DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

According to the posts of this forum, only 2 dec 19 applicants got PER. A lot of other people on the same date is waiting. It's a weird attitude on behalf of CIC. Past two weeks they charged like hell and gave PER like sweets. I have no idea of what's going on!
I took file # from CIC agent 2 weeks ago, Checked ECAS everyday. Still it shows nothing..............
I am very very unsure now.

Really sorry for my late news! I, with the same timeline and NOC with Xavier also got PER yesterday, 09 March 2015 at exactly 5:38pm NS, CA time. Been a silent lurker of this forum for a long time now, hence I would like to extend my deepest thanks to all forumites here who contributed and continue contributing their shares of knowledge and experience.

Anyone please guide me how to get the US PCC from India , i heard that its going to take more than 14 weeks , kindly advice .

I got my PER on 5th Feb , so am not sure how to go ahead to get the PCC quickly .

Please advice.

My office dispatched two files same date from Ontario. NOC 3142 (Payment mode: CC) andn NOC 1123 (Payment mode: DD). Both reached CIC on 29 Dec, 10:20 AM.

Now the irony is that the one with CC was was charged on 1 March and one with DD was returned on 9 March. I believe since DD takes more time to be encashed, that may have been a contributing factor.

I used David Cohen to submit my app but have not heard from him on the cap issues. What do you think?

Looks like it. As much as I would like to believe this is a clerical mistake that they mentioned the false reason, recent lull in terms of applications being charged is indeed a strong indication to that.

But cheer up folks, positive news is, EE is still here, and they have higher demand of qualified people that the number of LMIAs or PNPs they can even think of offering. Nothing to worry about. Bitter pill I know, swallow it and move on.

Its correct the FBI PCC is taking 14/16 weeks now. Here is the link eith the information:

The first thing is to find a place where you can get your fingerprints taken. I got them from a polica station but there are also private companies that take them. I recomend sending more than one set of prints because some could be rejected and you could lose 4 months.

I tried again this time, it went live now!! ;D

It says "In Process" and when I clicked it, it says "We received your application for Permanent Residence on December 19, 2014."
