DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hello all,

i am a new member to this forum and a dec 2014 fsw applicant. I need your help please!

I hired a consultant and filed my application in dec, i believe it was reached in first week of Dec and my DD was cashed on 7th feb. My consultant called me a few days back and said congratulations we have got a response from Canada and they will procced with your application.

I don't know what does that mean. Is that considered PER. he called me on Monday.2nd march

Also to give some background, I am a self employed applicant, i.e. I have my own company and run constructon related work. Does the good news from CIC mean that they have accepted my job letters and other documentation and checked my points.

what are the next steps.

Hmmmmmmmm. With this theory of FIFO, does it mean a 24Dec APplicant who hasn't been charged till date should forget about being charged if 31st Dec applicants are already reporting CC charge?

This different opinions and analysis are confusing buddy, the best thing to do is close ears and wait for good news. We are dealing with cic and not forumites. Why we are hear as forum mates is to share authentic informations from cic and not manufactured assumptions from applicants. I don't take all these side words serious until I get it right from the source. No one should let these speculations deceive him or her, they are as empty as air,

What I have discovered is most of the people with returned application in this forum do not even know why their apps where returned, they assumed it is because cap is filled up and begin to send it across. You may not know the true reason for your app return until you get your package and read the mail attached. The call centres do not mostly know NOC which is full or not, therefore sharing infos you got from call centres might be deceiving because only CIO know the state of our apps. The best help anyone can give is the authentic messages seen in the package with returned apps. All these speculations and predictions is helping no one, it rather inflicts fear which is really not the reason for this forum please!

Hi, how would I know if my ecas is live? I read somewhere here that his ecas went live before he got his PER. My aplication was received 24 December, on 28 Feb my cc showed a reduction in credit limit, and on 03 March the charge reflected in my credit card statement. Applied under NOC 0112 and praying for a PER soon. Good luck to everyone in this forum.

Yes, I think you've got your PER. It means they've checked the completeness of you application and also your total points. The application will now be sent to the local VO, who will check the validity and genuineness of your claimed work experience. They will also send the medical request around that time.

Thank you for replying. Can you please advise what is the timeline for the next steps. I put New Delhi as my requested Visa office. Any idea how long will it take from here

Hi... I have a quick question.. I am waiting for CC charge on my application.
Application Recd: Dec 31, 2014
NOC: 1212
No information yet.

At the same time I created express entry profile in January, 2015 which is currently active. Will my FSW application be ok if I also have an active EE profile? If EE profile may create any problem to my FSW application I can withdraw it. I have 400 points in EE.

Yes that could be a typographical error by the person who entered these details. That's what I can say otherwise what I have mentioned the method at CIO, I am hundred percent assured about that. It is just FIFO, no more no less, irrespective of NOC. It is just datewise first come, first served principle.

But i have seen aplicants received after me charged before me. No traces of my application. FIFO does not sees to be working in my case.

Friends I want to receive PER on a different email other than written in my IMM 008 form....Is it possible by updating with CIC call agents???? I have already updated the email via CIC call agents..

I am still waiting for charging.
After you in 0015, I saw only one charged(Dec. 24th received).
I know there are a few 0015 applicants after me, but no one has good news till now.
But I believe I am still in cap.
What's wrong with my documents, then?
