As requested by several members, I am posting here the total number of applications received under each NOC as per update published by CIC on 16th December 2014.
Please note that the CIC update of 16th December update reflects the total number of applications received on or around 15th of October 2014 for each NOC.
Therefore there are more applications received during the approximate period of 15th October till 31st December 2014.(viz. 77-days applications are to be added to know real number of applications of each NOC)

Any news about NOC 3233.? When was the last cc charge for this NOC.?

But it is purely on FIFO basis and there is only and just only one stack of all applications irrespective of NOC. And completeness check is conducted irrespective of NOC and hence as a result charging is also done irrespective of NOC and it is purely based on chronological order of applications receipt date.
What I can observe from latest downloaded Spreadsheet of FSWP2014, there isn't any charging happening after 4th March.
Means three working days of CIO (5th,6th,7th march) without charging, really raises a red flag about overall 25K CAP. I don't have any intention to hurt anybody. But if CIO didn't resume charging on Monday then it will be clearly a news that FSWP2014 is fully CAPPED to 25K.
Specially as per latest downloaded version of spreadsheet, there are around total of 5888-applications, which are as per several estimates reflects 25% applications of worldwide applicants. Therefore 5888*4 = 23552 of total applications at CIO. Moreover PHD stream of 500-applicants is already capped, as reported earlier by an applicant. Therefore 23552+500 = 24052-Applications which is more or less nearabout 25K. Whereas most of the December applicants didn't take headache of coming to this forum and registering in the Spreadsheet. Even several of those who are on the forum are not entering their details in SS of FSWP2014.
But still let us hope that these statistical figures will prove false and all of December applicants will start to hear good news on Monday.

Even I've been already charged on Feb.22nd, I am still a little worried about the overall cap. Because it seems someone's application was returned after charge because of cap (sub NOC) reached.
My second app. was received on 23rd. Dec, which is kind of on the edge……
Well, everything is meant to be. My first app. received on Nov.28 was returned because I overlooked that ECA report must be original
Don't know what will happen, hopefully I am just too anxious.
Please ignore my words if they are too pessimistic.

according to the SS, there is a 31.dec applicant who not only got charged, but received PER (!),
also, as I recall, there were reports from other forums of 30.dec applicants who got charged...
if the charging is done based on FIFO method, then why is there a 31.dec applicant who got charged (and received PER) if the overall cap was reached after 29.dec?
a hoax or an error maybe?

I can understand....everybody is ridden with fear and uncertainty. Charging does not guarantee a PER> we have come across cases where people were sent NERs after being charged. However, Let us not lose hope!fsqsunshine said:
Yes that could be a typographical error by the person who entered these details. That's what I can say otherwise what I have mentioned the method at CIO, I am hundred percent assured about that. It is just FIFO, no more no less, irrespective of NOC. It is just datewise first come, first served principle.Svarog said:

NO, it will not happen. Those who got already charged or whose applications are already in "In Process", have already been counted in the CAP. Because charging is only done if CAP is not reached. Similarly application is put in "IN PROCESS" if CAP is not reached. Therefore those already gotton charged should be 100% confident that they are already counted in the CAP, and should expect PER. Although NER is only given if points<67, or Experience not matched, but in FSWP2014, just only 2-3 applicants got NER. Rest of them all got PER.
