Just came off the phone with CIC. Was informed that my app (NOC 0112 Dec. 29) was sent back yesterday (March 4) due to cap being full. Oh well...So goes it...

Would anyone tell me hiw to update spreadsheet?Unfortunately i didn't make it,as i called cic on 3 march,and i was told that my file should have been returned in january because of an issue in ECA,my file was received at cic on 17 december and noc code 3111,good luck to all of you and thanks for this helpful forum

Sorry to hear this sad news.

Make sure that you are not seeing another dream because as per all statistical analysis of the data available on SS of forum this NOC 0112 must not CAP.
If it is true then It seems that your nightmare came true which you mentioned in your below post:-

Tell me about it! I dreamed Friday night that they sent back my application (LOL).

You can now prepare your EE profile.

Dear George and Seniors,

Just now I read 2133 forum, one of members (maspogi21) confirmed that his application was returned due to the CAP has been reached and application was returned on 21 Feb 15.

However, I have doubt on his statement which his application was reached on 3 Dec 2014. According CIC updates as on December 16, 2014 a total of 777 applications reached for this CAP.

As per his statement application was reached on 3 December, therefore how it was possible returned due to CAP. Last update on CIC website is 16 Dec 14.

Please advise..What is your opinion. Mine is reached on 30 Dec 14.

George has your DD been enchased? What's your take on 0113. CIC says my app is "In Process" but its hard to trust the information now.

Still no ECAS, no PER......
68 points, very dangerous ??? Not sure about the work experience :-[
Waiting is tough, buy still hopefully everything will be going well.
