It is with great joy and happiness I announce the arrival of the much awaited PER email..

Dec 15 applicant, dd encashed in bank on 31st January.

Thank you all for the post and support, we will all get our cc and dd encashed and also get the PER email cos Canada is the dream land

I guess when our application reaches the concerned visa office, when it states "in process", and when you click on the "in process", it wud state something like the processingofyour application began on so and so date... http://www.fsw2014.info/ecas/ may give some info

March 1 is sunday. Strange that they started to work on sundays as well, if this is the case it is a positive development on part of CIC that they instructed their staff to work on Sundays as well to exhaust all FSWP2014 applications.

Wow! Last week My CC was charged and forumites from dec 15th receiving PER! Thats awesome. CIC working fast. I think we all will get our golden mail as soon as imagined.

hi !

anyone with noc 2172 applied after 11th dec called CIC about their app status ?

i m reeli confused as i am 18th dec applicant and cic is not able to locate my file

secondly some people are saying that their app is been returned due to cap , i think this is wrong info as cic agents will never tell this reason of cap

moreover , there were some ppl who reported tht a 15th dec applicant of 2172 has been charged

anyone can clear the scenario for me please ?

I am 29th Dec applicant. Waiting for my cc to be charged........God please be with me.

Kapoor09, we are in the same boat, being Dec 29 applicants. I am waiting for my DD to be encashed. Up to Thursday it wasn't. I called CIC on Friday and the gentleman with whom I spoke said that a large number of applications were received in the last three months and so the timelines that were given by CIC were not long enough to facilitate processing. He suggested that I call back at the end of March.

However, since they have started charging Dec 24 applications, I hope and pray that ours and the remaining ones (30 and 31) will be done this week and DDs encashed by early next week.

Keep the faith. You will get your PER.

Iammissy, I spoke with CIC too, they said there no record of the receipt of my file. However asked me to call after 10 March 2015. The agent further stated that it would be 6 weeks from the date of receipt that an update might be available.
