I am a 12 Dec applicant and was charged on the 10 Feb DD, still no PER mail yet. Your thoughts?

Its so sad but unfortunately 2281, its capped.Its offically declared today by an CIC agent.I was on the phone with this agent for about 15 minutes and asked about my application and all who applied.Its been capped after 20 nov thats he told me.Whoever got charged after 20 nov will get an email from CIC explaining that noc has been capped and will get their refund.All applications after 20 nov has been returned already.Hope we all get out file back soon.I wish all the best to all my friends under 2281 to apply in Express Entry and hope to see you in canada soon.If you have any query please message me.

THE WORST THING IS CIC RETURNING FILES AFTER CHARGING DD OR CC
THEY SHOULD RETURN FILES BEFORE CHARGING. After charging there shouldn't be any its or buts

wow this end our journey :-\ , it is sad news, but we some how were expecting it but din't want t acknowledge :'(.
with the EE taking more than 800 point, i feel it is dead end too :-[ .
have they confirmed when they send our files back, so we pick our files ?

Should take 30-45days to transfer the file and another 2 more months till MR. We hav seen exceptions as well on case to case
